Job summary

CrowdStrike, Inc. is seeking a senior program operations professional to lead the Office of the CISO and collaborate with the Office of the CIO. You will own the reporting lifecycle, develop executive narratives, and drive actionable insights across multiple forums.

You will leverage enterprise PM tools, manage budgets and headcount planning, and apply AI to optimize security program operations. This role is remote-friendly with occasional travel and reports to the Director.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in program management, business operations, or a related discipline.
• Experience operating at senior leadership levels with independent recommendations.
• Proven ability to translate operational data into executive narratives for boards and ELT.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise PM tools and data integrity across teams.
• Experience applying AI to improve decision-making and workflows.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with cross-functional alignment.
• Experience supporting budget management and headcount planning.
• Cybersecurity industry experience is preferred.
• Capable of working in a primarily remote-friendly environment with limited travel.

Responsibilities

• Own and improve the operating model for the Office of the CISO and CIO-level meetings.
• Facilitate executive-level meetings and prepare materials for leadership forums.
• Identify process friction and implement scalable solutions.
• Be the primary operational contact for the Office of the CIO, managing deliverables and deadlines.
• Represent the Office of the CISO in senior leadership forums when needed.
• Support budget tracking, headcount planning, and AOP inputs with the Director.
• Own the reporting lifecycle for OKRs, KPIs, KRIs across multiple systems.
• Produce weekly status updates for varied audiences.
• Establish reporting standards for data quality and cadence.
• Manage Crowd for Crowd program communications and milestones.
