Job summary

CrowdStrike is seeking a senior program management and operations professional to lead the Office of the CISO. This remote-friendly, high-impact role requires independent leadership, executive communication, and strong data-driven reporting across CIO and ELT audiences.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in program management or business operations in tech/cybersecurity.
• Ability to operate independently at senior leadership level.
• Experience creating executive-level content for CIO/ELT/Board.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise PM tools and data integrity.
• Proven track record applying AI to improve workflows.

Responsibilities

• Continuously improve the operating model and rhythm for the Office of the CISO and related governance.
• Prepare the CISO for Office of the CIO level meetings and ensure alignment.
• Identify friction and implement scalable solutions proactively.
• Be the primary operational contact for the Office of the CIO; manage deliverables and deadlines.
• Represent the Office of the CISO in senior leadership meetings when needed.
• Support budget tracking, headcount planning, and AOP inputs with the Director.
• Own the full reporting lifecycle for the CISO org and related boards.
• Produce and maintain weekly status updates for varied audiences.
• Ensure reporting is accurate, current, and tells a coherent story.
• Establish and enforce reporting standards across the PM team.
