Job summary

CrowdStrike is seeking a senior program operations leader for the Office of the CISO. You will own the processes, reporting structures, stakeholder forums, and information systems that enable the CISO and the broader cybersecurity leadership to operate with clarity, speed, and confidence.

This is an individual contributor role that requires recommendations, executive presence, and the ability to represent the office with authority in senior forums.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in program management or business operations in tech or cybersecurity.
• Ability to operate independently at the senior leadership level with recommendations.
• Experience developing executive-level content for ELT and Board audiences.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise program management tools (WorkBoard, Asana, Jira, ServiceNow).
• Experience applying AI to improve workflows; remote-friendly with limited travel.

Responsibilities

• Continuously improve operating model and rhythm for the Office of the CISO.
• Prepare the CISO for CIO-level meetings and run internal CISO-level meetings.
• Identify friction and implement scalable solutions.
• Manage deliverables, deadlines, and reporting between CISO and CIO.
• Represent the Office of the CISO in senior leadership forums when needed.
• Support budget tracking, headcount planning, and AOP inputs with Finance.
• Own the full reporting lifecycle for OKRs, KPIs, KRIs across systems.
• Produce weekly status updates for varied audiences.
• Establish reporting standards and data quality controls.
