Job summary

CrowdStrike is seeking a senior operations professional to lead the Office of the CISO in a primarily remote role. You will own governance, reporting, and stakeholder engagement to enable fast, confident decision-making at the highest levels.

You’ll drive the reporting lifecycle, manage budgets and headcounts, and apply AI to streamline workflows across the CISO and CIO organizations. Travel is limited, with strong collaboration across ELT and Board audiences.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in program management or operations in tech or cybersecurity.
• Operate independently at the senior leadership level.
• Develop executive-level content for CIO/ELT/Board audiences.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise program management tools and data integrity.
• Proven experience using AI to enhance decision-making and workflows.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience supporting budget management and headcount planning.
• Cybersecurity experience preferred; quick fluency in cybersecurity concepts.

Responsibilities

• Improve the operating model and rhythm for the Office of the CISO.
• Prepare the CISO for CIO-level meetings with clear POV.
• Identify friction and scale solutions.
• Manage deliverables and reporting between CISO and CIO offices.
• Represent the Office of the CISO in senior leadership forums.
• Support budget tracking and headcount planning with the Director.
• Own the reporting lifecycle for OKRs, KPIs, KRIs, and health indicators.
• Produce weekly status updates for executive and operational audiences.
• Establish reporting standards across the program management team.
• Own the Crowd for Crowd program operations and related stakeholder communications.
• Coordinate with product, sales, and events stakeholders to ensure smooth operation.
