Job summary

CrowdStrike is seeking a senior program leader to run the Office of the CISO, ensuring operational excellence, governance, and clear leadership communications. You will own reporting, budgeting, and executive-ready content for ELT and the Board, while driving AI-enabled workflows across the team.

This remote-friendly role requires a track record of independent leadership, stakeholder alignment, and cybersecurity domain fluency.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in program management, business operations, or a related discipline.
• Ability to operate independently at the senior leadership level and represent a team in meetings.
• Experience developing executive-level content and narratives for senior audiences.
• Knowledge of enterprise program management tools and data integrity across teams.
• Proven experience using AI technologies to enhance decision-making and workflows.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for diverse audiences.
• Experience supporting budget management, headcount planning, and annual operating plans.
• Cybersecurity industry experience preferred; travel ~4 times per year.

Responsibilities

• Own the operational backbone of the Office of the CISO, including processes, reporting, and governance.
• Lead senior leadership engagements and prepare for CIO-level meetings with authority.
• Identify friction and implement scalable solutions without waiting to be asked.
• Manage all deliverables and reporting between CISO and CIO structures.
• Represent the Office of the CISO in senior leadership forums when needed.
• Support budget tracking, headcount planning, and AOP inputs with the Director.
• Own the full reporting lifecycle for OKRs, KPIs, KRIs, and project status.
• Produce weekly status updates tailored to audiences and ensure coherent storytelling.
• Set and enforce reporting standards and data quality across the program management team.
