CrowdStrike, a global leader in cybersecurity, seeks a senior program manager to lead the Office of the CISO. You will own operating cadence, reporting, and executive-ready materials, partnering with the CIO office and board-level teams.

This remote-friendly role requires 10+ years in program management, strong executive communication, and the ability to drive decisions with authority. Travel is limited, with robust benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of experience in program management or operations.
• Ability to operate independently at the senior leadership level.
• Experience creating executive-level content for ELT/Board discussions.
• Proficiency with enterprise PM tools: WorkBoard, Asana, Jira, ServiceNow.
• Familiarity with applying AI-enabled workflows to business operations.

Aufgaben

• Improve the operating model and cadence for the Office of the CISO.
• Prepare and facilitate CISO-level meetings and communications.
• Identify friction and implement scalable process improvements.
• Manage deliverables, deadlines, and reporting between CISO and CIO offices.
• Represent the Office of the CISO in senior leadership forums when needed.
• Support budget tracking, headcount planning, and AOP inputs.
• Own the full reporting lifecycle (OKRs, KPIs, KRIs) across programs.
• Publish weekly status updates tailored to audiences.
• Ensure reporting is coherent and accurate.
