Job summary

CrowdStrike, Inc. is seeking a senior program operations leader to run the Office of the CISO, owning processes, reporting, and stakeholder engagement. You will drive governance, executive communication, and AI-enabled workflows.

You will partner with the CIO office, manage budgets and headcount, and deliver clear, data-driven updates for ELT and the Board. This role emphasizes autonomy, judgment, and strategic impact.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in program management, business operations, or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated ability to operate independently at the senior leadership level.
• Experience developing executive-level content and narratives for ELT and Board audiences.
• Strong working knowledge of enterprise program management tools and data integrity.
• Proven experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Lead the operating model and rhythm for the Office of the CISO, including planning cadences and governance structures.
• Prepare the CISO for executive meetings and facilitate alignment at the CIO level.
• Identify friction and implement scalable solutions without being asked.
• Own reporting lifecycle across the CISO organization and multiple stakeholders.
• Represent the Office of the CISO in senior leadership forums when needed.
• Support budget tracking, headcount planning, and AOP inputs with the Director.
• Produce weekly status updates tailored to diverse audiences and ensure data quality.
• Establish and enforce reporting standards and milestone hygiene.
