CrowdStrike Inc. is seeking a senior program operations professional to backbone the Office of the CISO. You will own processes, reporting structures, and executive communications to enable clarity, speed, and confidence for security leadership.

This remote-friendly, full-time role requires independent execution, strong collaboration with the CIO office, and a focus on data-driven reporting and governance across complex programs.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in program management or business operations in tech/cybersecurity.
• Ability to operate independently at senior leadership level and drive decisions.
• Experience creating executive-level narratives for ELT/Board audiences.
• Knowledge of enterprise PM tools and driving data integrity across teams.
• Experience using AI to enhance decision-making and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead operating model, governance, and reporting rhythms for the Office of the CISO.
• Prepare for CISO and CIO-level meetings with clear points of view.
• Own reporting lifecycle including OKRs, KPIs, KRIs, and health indicators.
• Develop executive narratives and content for key governance forums.
• Manage budget, headcount planning, and AOP inputs with senior leadership.
• Coordinate stakeholder engagement and cross-functional alignment.
