Job summary

Okta seeks a Senior Product Acceleration Specialist for Auth0 to drive customer success and deep product adoption within Global 2000 accounts. You will guide customers through deployments, advise on architecture, and partner with enterprise teams to maximize platform value.

In this developer-centric role, you’ll influence product roadmaps, enable customer developers with actionable samples, and support NPIs while collaborating with cross-functional teams across GTM, services, and product

Qualifications

6+ years in a customer-facing technical GTM role delivering identity or SaaS solutions.
Expert-level understanding of the Auth0 platform and CIAM patterns, including low-friction authentication and high-volume user management.
Proven ability to read, write, and debug full-stack code using JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, React, and mobile SDKs.

Responsibilities

Post-Sales Architectural Advisory & Troubleshooting with G2K Enterprise Customers.
Pre-Sales & NPI Launch Support with PoCs, demos, and enablement assets.
Developer Enablement & Prototyping for Auth0 Actions, SDK blueprints, and modern full-stack patterns.
Product & NPI Feedback Loop between G2K customers and Auth0 Product Management.
Field & Customer Mentorship through reusable code samples and docs for teams.
AI Tooling & Automation to accelerate code generation and documentation.
Multi-Project Execution with fast response to escalations and GTM activities.
