Job summary

Deloitte is seeking a Senior Engineering Management Specialist to lead CIAM design and deployment within our Cyber team. You will translate client requirements into scalable identity solutions and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure successful CIAM deployments.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in Identity and Access Management, hands-on experience with Transmit Security and Ping Identity, and strong communication and project leadership skills. Travel 25–50% may be required.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in CS, cyber security, information security, engineering or related fields.
• 4+ years of industry experience and 4+ years in IAM.
• 2+ years hands-on with customization of Transmit Security and Ping Identity.
• Travel up to 25–50% depending on client engagements.

Responsibilities

• Support design and implementation of CIAM solutions aligned to client security objectives.
• Participate in end-to-end CIAM engagements from requirements to production support.
• Configure CIAM across platforms such as Transmit Security, Ping Federate, Okta, ForgeRock.
• Translate requirements into scalable identity solutions and create docs and test plans.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and teams to drive delivery milestones and client readiness.
