Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 2+ years of industry experience.
• 2+ years in Identity and Access Management (IAM).
• 1+ years hands-on experience with customization of Transmit Security and Ping Identity tools.
• Ability to travel 25-50% on average.
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
• Certifications such as Ping Identity/Transmit Security, CISSP, CISM, or CISA are a plus.
• Design, develop, and implement secure IAM solutions and document configurations.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement CIAM solutions aligned to client objectives.
• Participate in end-to-end CIAM engagements from requirements to production support.
• Configure CIAM across platforms (Transmit Security, Ping Federate/Identity, Okta, ForgeRock).
• Translate requirements into scalable identity solutions and create documentation and test plans.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and teams to drive milestones and build client relationships.
• Mentor and guide team members and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrate understanding of authentication protocols (SAML, OAuth, WS-Fed).
• Document configurations and troubleshoot performance issues proactively.
