Job summary

Deloitte is seeking an Engineering Manager II to lead CIAM initiatives for clients in a dynamic security landscape. You will oversee end-to-end engagements, architect跨 CIAM capabilities, and guide teams across design, development, and deployment.

Ideal candidates bring 7+ years in IAM, hands-on work with Transmit Security and Ping Identity, and strong leadership and client relationship skills. Travel 25-50% and collaboration with cross-functional teams are expected.

Qualifications

• BA/BS Degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security, Information Security, Engineering, Information Technology, Finance, Business, or relevant fields.
• 7+ years of industry experience.
• 7+ years of experience within Identity and Access Management.
• 2+ years hands-on experience with customization of Transmit Security and Ping Identity tools.
• Ability to travel 25-50% on average.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of CIAM solutions aligned to client objectives.
• Manage end-to-end CIAM engagements from requirements to post-production support.
• Architect CIAM capabilities across platforms (Transmit, Ping, Okta, ForgeRock).
• Advise clients on balancing security, privacy, and user experience across digital channels.
• Oversee delivery teams, manage risks, and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Build senior client relationships and contribute to Deloitte's CIAM offerings.
