Job summary

Deloitte's Cyber team in the United States seeks a Senior Engineering Management Specialist to lead CIAM-focused engagements, design and implement identity solutions, and guide delivery across client projects.

You will collaborate with cyber specialists, developers, and stakeholders, translate requirements into scalable IAM architectures, and ensure quality delivery while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced consulting environment.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in a relevant field required.
• 4+ years in industry experience.
• 4+ years IAM experience.
• 2+ years hands-on customization of Transmit Security and Ping Identity tools.
• Ability to travel 25-50% depending on client assignments.

Responsibilities

• Support design and implementation of CIAM solutions aligned to client objectives.
• Participate in end-to-end CIAM engagements from requirements to production support.
• Configure CIAM across platforms (Transmit Security, Ping Federate, Okta, ForgeRock) including MFA and adaptive access.
• Develop documentation, process flows, test plans, and delivery artifacts.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and vendor teams to drive milestones and client relationships.
