Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in a relevant field.
• 2+ years of industry experience.
• 2+ years IAM experience.
• 1+ years hands-on with customization of Transmit Security and Ping Identity.
• Ability to travel 25-50%.
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
• Certifications such as Ping Identity/Transmit Security, CISSP, CISM, or CISA are a plus.
• Design, develop, and implement secure CIAM solutions.
• Document configurations, processes, and procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of SAML, OAuth, WS-Fed.

Responsibilities

• Support CIAM design and implementation aligned to client objectives.
• Participate in end-to-end CIAM engagements from requirements to deployment and production support.
• Configure CIAM across Transmit Security, Ping Federate, Okta, and ForgeRock.
• Translate requirements into scalable identity solutions and create documentation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, cyber specialists, developers, testers, and vendor teams to drive milestones.
• Lead projects or workstreams and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Ensure quality delivery and build trusted client relationships.
• Address performance bottlenecks and system issues proactively.
