Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or technical discipline.
• Six Sigma Green Belt required; Black Belt preferred.
• 10+ years leading Lean and CI initiatives in industrial manufacturing.
• Proven success with Lean Six Sigma projects, Kaizen events, and transformation.
• Experience with Lean tools: Standard Work, VSM, pull systems, takt time, Hoshin Kanri.

Responsibilities

• Lead deployment of Lean Manufacturing and Operational Excellence system.
• Drive Lean Six Sigma initiatives to reduce waste and variation.
• Facilitate Kaizen events and CI workshops delivering measurable results.
• Coach production leaders on Lean principles and problem-solving.
• Implement and sustain Standard Work, visual management, and daily management systems.
• Lead Value Stream Mapping and improve flow and inventory.
• Develop pull systems and takt-based manufacturing strategies.
• Use data-driven analysis to improve processes.
• Lead strategic improvement projects from planning to sustainment.
• Support Hoshin Planning and align CI with business objectives.
• Establish KPI dashboards and project governance.
