Responsibilities

Lead CI projects to improve productivity, quality, delivery, and cost.
Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and problem‑solving methods to reduce waste and variation.
Facilitate Kaizen events, value stream mapping, and standardization initiatives.
Partner with engineering, production, and quality teams to improve flow and first‑pass yield.
Ensure improvements comply with ISO and customer requirements.
Drive visual management, 5S, and standard work practices.
Coach teams in CI tools and methodologies.
Track progress with data-driven KPIs and dashboards.
