Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Analytics, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience leading Continuous Improvement projects.
• Six Sigma Black Belt certification is required.
• Lean Master certification is preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or related environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead 3–4 large-scale CI projects annually across manufacturing, supply chain, operations, and functional teams.
• Drive improvements in operational performance, process capability, efficiency, and financial impact.
• Facilitate cross-functional project teams to ensure successful execution and sustainable results.
• Develop and communicate business cases supporting process and operational improvements.
