Job summary

Kerry is seeking a Performance & Accelerate Manager (Continuous Improvement) to lead plant-wide improvement, eliminate waste, and boost KPI performance. You will coach leadership and hourly staff in Six Sigma and Lean methods, drive strategic initiatives, and ensure long-term operational excellence across the site.

The role requires a strong background in process improvement, proactive communication, and the ability to influence change at all levels.

Qualifications

• BS/MS in Engineering, Business or Food Science.
• 5+ years in a process improvement role with leadership of improvement events.
• Six Sigma or Lean certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement process improvement methodologies (Six Sigma, Lean, 5S, PDCA).
• Lead and coach employees at all levels to foster continuous improvement culture.
• Drive KPI performance improvements and waste reduction.
