Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of related experience with a bachelor’s degree.
• Lean manufacturing experience in a Lean and/or Engineering position.
• Strong understanding and use of Lean methodologies and principles.

Responsibilities

• Analyze designs, methods, and internal manufacturing processes.
• Implement process improvements using various Lean methodologies.
• Support CI Director and others in Lean methods implementation.
• Conduct Lean Assessments and develop improvement plans.
• Coach and train CI group in Kaizen methods.
