Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Four years of full-time or equivalent experience in a Child Support classification or related duties.
• Substitution options include legal settings and related roles, with two years in a supervisory capacity substituting for college training.

Responsabilités

• Oversee a local office or unit, supervising Child Support Specialists and staff.
• Train subordinate staff on policy changes and procedures.
• Ensure timely, quality customer service and oversee workflow to meet deadlines.
• Interpret and apply federal, state, BCSE policies for staff and cases.
• Evaluate and maintain records for work quality and performance.
