Qualifications

• Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Engineering, or related field.
• Related business experience in Sales, Channel Management, or Marketing is required.
• Preferred: Master's degree and sales management certification (CPSL).
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and driving business results.

Responsibilities

• Lead Channel Management Team and ensure accountability across sales reporting, launches, and channel support.
• Develop long-term channel strategy and alignment with enterprise objectives.
• Establish commercialization frameworks and standardize product launches cross-functionally.
• Review pricing strategies, margins, and profitability with leadership.
• Oversee channel planning, inventory health, and SIOP alignment; manage E&O strategies.
• Provide executive-level insights from sales performance and market trends.
