Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4–7 years in channel management or sales.
• Experience driving cross-functional initiatives across sales, product management and marketing.

Responsibilities

• Sales Reporting: prepare daily/weekly booking, billing and channel reports.
• Sales Communication: represent the business on product and channel sales calls.
• Launch Commerce: coordinate top-tier product launches with Marketing and Product Management.
• Content & Playbook: contribute to quarterly business content and sales playbooks.
• Promotions & Inventory: plan and align promos with Product Management and Supply Chain.
• Training: collaborate with Southwire Solutions University and deliver targeted trainings.
• Line Review Leadership: manage line review schedules, pricing strategies and profitability analyses.
• ED Project Pipeline: identify growth opportunities, manage target accounts and track conversions.
