Job summary

Southwire Company, LLC is seeking a Manager, Channel Management to lead the channel team and drive go-to-market strategies across distribution channels. You will align Sales, Product Management, Marketing, and Supply Chain to accelerate channel growth and profitable revenue expansion.

The role develops commercialization frameworks, oversees pricing strategies, and delivers best-in-class channel support and customer engagement. Travel up to 25% may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Engineering, or related field.
• Specialized Degree: Master’s preferred for higher responsibility and leadership.
• Licenses/Certificates: CPSL certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and manage the Channel Management Team to ensure accountability and execution excellence.
• Develop and implement the long-term Channel Management strategy aligned with company objectives.
• Establish and govern commercialization frameworks and procedures for cross-functional launches across Marketing, Product Management, Sales, and Supply Chain.
• Partner with Product Management, Pricing, and Finance to review pricing strategies, margins, and profitability models.
• Oversee channel planning, inventory health, and SIOP alignment, handling E&O inventory and promotions.
• Provide executive-level reporting by analyzing sales performance, market share, and channel health indicators.
• Manage channel opportunity pipeline and conversion strategy to grow market share and category penetration.
• Build strategic relationships with sales leadership, distributors, and external stakeholders to support growth.
• Oversee internal and external training programs and drive adoption of learning platforms.
