Job summary

Sitecore is seeking a Solution Engineer to support our LATAM Channel Partner. This role combines deep technical expertise with business acumen to drive revenue through technical and strategic support across the sales cycle.

You will demonstrate Sitecore solutions, develop Proofs of Concept, and collaborate with regional teams to enable successful outcomes for enterprise customers and partners.

Qualifications

• Experience translating technical needs into business value for clients.
• Ability to demonstrate software using a value-based approach.
• Strong client-facing presentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary contact for designated partner and build relationships across all levels.
• Understand partner objectives and align Sitecore solutions accordingly.
• Deliver bespoke Sitecore demos and Proofs of Concept.
• Support partner sales teams with technical aspects of the sales process.
• Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and renewals to grow revenue.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enable excellent support.
