Responsibilities

• Establishes operational plans for the Channel team
• Develops and implements new products, processes, standards, and/or operational plans that will have an impact on the achievement of functional results
• Provides support to the Channel team(s), with a high attention to detail
• May require communication with ConnectWise leadership
• Develops and executes growth strategies for assigned partners and accounts.
• Sets goals and objectives to achieve revenue, adoption, and operational targets.
• Manages strategic relationships across National Accounts, DMRs, TSPs, and strategic technology partners.
• Builds and maintains executive and operational relationships with key partner stakeholders.
• Communicates and influences internal and external leadership to align on business priorities and initiatives.
• Coordinates cross-functional activities to support partner success and business growth.
• Drives engagement in ConnectWise products, programs, and initiatives.
• Participates in all phases of the sales cycle as appropriate.
• Serves as a subject matter expert on ConnectWise channel programs and partner engagement models.
• Guides partners to appropriate solutions, resources, and support teams.
• Acts as an escalation point for complex partner and customer issues.
• Identifies and prioritizes opportunities that drive the greatest business impact.
