Job summary

ConnectWise is seeking a seasoned Partner Success leader to drive retention and expansion across the ConnectWise footprint. You will partner with cross-functional teams to increase satisfaction and adoption.

You will establish operating plans, own critical partner communications, resolve escalations, and contribute to scalable playbooks and process improvements in a fast-growing SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 8+ years of experience; MBA and SaaS preferred.
• Strong knowledge of IT service provider market, business processes, and technical acumen.
• Experience partnering with cross-functional teams and managing renewals is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Establishes operational plans and implements new processes for partner success.
• Owns communication with key partners, resolves escalations, and ensures renewals.
• Contributes to scalable playbooks and process improvements.
