• Experience in customer success or relationship management within SaaS.
• Ability to translate technology and process changes into partner use cases.
• Strong communication, organizational and analytical skills.
• Grit, drive to win, and ability to lead executive-level discussions.
• Ability to explain complex tech concepts clearly.
• Experience facilitating partner quarterly business reviews (QBRs).
• Knowledge of SaaS business models, renewal, and adoption strategies.

Responsibilities

• Align with partner leadership to drive transformation and ROI with ConnectWise solutions.
• Research and document findings using internal tools (e.g., Gong, Gainsight, Salesforce).
• Maximize partner ROI, drive adoption, and support renewals with stakeholders.
• Build and nurture relationships across accounts to deepen partnership.
• Network within accounts to help partners achieve objectives and growth.
• Monitor usage data, health indicators, renewal dates, and growth opportunities.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to meet partner goals.
• Navigate organizational structures to engage executives and key stakeholders.
• Propose ConnectWise-based solutions and escalate complex cases to senior resources.
• Identify escalations and coordinate resolutions with leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Conduct regular QBRs to assess performance and identify growth opportunities.
