Job summary

Ahold Delhaize USA seeks an Analyst IV, Channel Management, to drive end-to-end channel optimization for our largest categories. You will develop scalable tools, mentor analysts, and partner with Category, Item Lifecycle, In-Stock, and Shelf Management to ensure sustainable, cost-efficient channel strategies.

This senior role requires cross-functional leadership and expert analytics, with a hybrid schedule (3 in-person days at core locations and 2 remote days).

Qualifications

• 5+ years of combined experience in supply chain, operations, inventory management, sourcing, logistics, or related fields.
• Advanced knowledge of supply chain, analytics, and category management.
• Experience with SEGA, DSS, Relex, Biceps, WMS, Alteryx, Tableau.
• Strong quantitative and qualitative decision-making techniques.
• Demonstrated ability to transform complex data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead Vendor Flow Path Optimization for large, complex categories and drive adoption of recommendations.
• Own New Business Flow Path Governance to maximize cost savings and efficiency.
• Provide execution leadership across cross-functional teams to implement channel recommendations.
• Mentor Channel Analysts III and support capability development.
• Translate enterprise strategy into actionable channel management plans and execution frameworks.
