Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and related work experience.
5+ years of combined experience in supply chain, operations, inventory management, sourcing, logistics, or related fields.
Advanced knowledge of supply chain, operations, business analytics, and category management.
Expertise in Microsoft Excel, Alteryx, Power BI, and other analytical tools.

Responsibilities

Lead Vendor Flow Path Optimization: Analyze and optimize vendor supply chain health for large categories and drive adoption of flow path recommendations.
New Business Flow Path Governance: Lead governance on flow path decisions for new business and model long-term impact.
Execution leadership: Guide cross-functional teams to execute Channel recommendations and track task progress.
Cross-Functional Leadership & Relationship Management: Partner with Category, In-Stock, Supply Chain POD teams and mentor analysts.
