Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and related work experience.
• 6+ years of related project management, sourcing, negotiating, category, or vendor management experience.
• Mastery of financial components (P&L) and implications of sourcing.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 suite and data tools (PowerBI, Circana).

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans outlining scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
• Oversee deliverables for key projects and ensure financial expectations are met.
• Drive cross-brand collaboration across category managers to maximize size and scale.
• Synthesize data to deliver insights and support negotiation themes.
• Share best practices and upskill ADUSA associates.
