Job summary

Ahold Delhaize USA is seeking a Senior Leader to manage Assortment Optimization for 1,500+ category reviews annually, leveraging tools and analytics to drive space strategy across ADUSA brands.

The role oversees a $100M+ budget, collaborates with Brand Finance, Merchandising, and external partners, and leads the development of macro/micro space tools and process improvements for omni-channel fulfillment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Retail, Business, or Technology related roles required; 4+ years related specifically to advancing technology and business systems.
• 5+ Years demonstrated effectiveness leading people/teams
• Bachelor's degree in business or related field
• Advanced Microsoft Office usage

Responsibilities

• Lead the Assortment Optimization team across 1,500+ reviews annually.
• Oversee funding management of the Single Source program (>$100M annually).
• Drive development and sourcing of macro/micro space tools for ADUSA brands.
• Coordinate with Brand Finance & Merchandising leaders and external partners.
• Guide implementation of space management updates in brick & mortar and ecommerce.
