Job summary

Ahold Delhaize USA is seeking a Center Store Sourcing Analytics Lead to oversee cross-brand meetings, plan and coordinate initiatives, and deliver financial insights across assigned categories with support from the Brands Analytics team.

The role requires leadership, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration, leveraging DSS, Power BI and Circana to identify opportunities, negotiate, and drive value. Hybrid schedule includes 3 in-person days and 2 remote days.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Minimum 6+ years of related project management, sourcing, negotiating, category, or vendor management experience.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and data tools.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-brand initiatives and deliver financial outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans outlining scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
• Project Management: Oversee deliverable timelines for key projects and ensure financial targets are met.
• Strategic Planning: Drive the strategic direction of the HUB by coordinating with category managers to maximize scale.
• Performance Excellence: Deliver high-quality work and contribute subject matter expertise across categories.
• Trusted Thought Partner: Collaborate with CM teams and facilitate cross-brand workshops to identify leverage points.
• Develop and Deliver Insightful Negotiation Themes: Synthesize data to support growth, investment optimization and savings.
• Sharing Best Practices: Train and onboard new ADUSA associates, transferring knowledge.
