Job summary

Ahold Delhaize USA is hiring an Analyst IV, Channel Management, to lead end-to-end channel optimization and drive adoption of flow path recommendations. The role partners with Category, Item Lifecycle, In-Stock, and Shelf Management teams, mentoring analysts and shaping governance standards.

The position supports a flexible/hybrid schedule with 3 in-person days at core locations (Salisbury, NC; Chicago, IL; Carlisle, PA, plus others) and 2 remote days, and requires full-time work authorization

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and related work experience.
• 5+ years of combined experience in supply chain, operations, inventory management, sourcing, logistics, or related fields.
• Advanced knowledge of supply chain, operations, business analytics, and category management.
• Experience with analytics tools and supply chain systems (SEGA, DSS, Relex, Biceps, WMS, Tableau).

Responsibilities

• Lead Vendor Flow Path Optimization across largest and most complex categories.
• Oversee flow path governance and drive cost-saving initiatives.
• Guide cross-functional teams to execute channel recommendations.
• Mentor analysts and elevate capability across the Channel Management team.
• Translate strategy into actionable channel execution and partnerships.
