Job summary

Qualifications

• 6+ years of project management, sourcing, negotiating, category, or vendor management experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and related work experience.
• Mastery of financial components of our business (e.g P&L and the implications of Sourcing).
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, etc.).
• Leads sourcing and negotiation initiatives while managing projects and facilitating change management to drive successful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans outlining scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
• Project Management: Oversight of deliverable timelines for key projects and accountability for financial outcomes.
• Strategic Planning: Guide the HUB's direction by coordinating with category managers across the organization.
• Performance Excellence: Deliver high-quality work, combining analytics with subject matter expertise.
• Trusted Thought Partner: Collaborate with CM teams and cross-brand workshops to identify leverage points.
• Develop and Deliver Insightful Negotiation Themes: Synthesize data to yield insights and drive savings.
• Sharing Best Practices: Train and onboard new associates and transfer knowledge.
• System Expertise: Use DSS, PowerBI, Circana to identify opportunities and improve financial results.
