Job summary

Ahold Delhaize USA is seeking a senior Analyst IV, Channel Management, to drive end-to-end channel optimization and lead high-impact initiatives across the largest supplier categories.

The role requires advanced analytics, governance development, and mentorship of junior analysts, with a hybrid schedule of in-person and remote work at core offices such as Quincy, MA. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• Deep cross-functional project leadership experience.
• Advanced knowledge of supply chain, operations, analytics, and category management.
• Expertise in Excel, Alteryx, Power BI, and other analytical tools.
• 5+ years of combined experience in supply chain, operations, inventory management, sourcing, logistics, or related fields.
• Familiarity with systems such as SEGA, DSS, Relex, Biceps, WMS, Alteryx, Tableau.

Responsibilities

• Lead Vendor Flow Path Optimization across large categories.
• Oversee vendor health scorecarding and net landed cost performance.
• Develop governance standards for flow path decisions on new business.
• Mentor Channel Analysts III and support capability development.
• Collaborate with Category, In-Stock, Supply Chain POD teams and cross-functional partners.
