Job summary

Flexxon is seeking a Senior Channel & Business Development Manager to lead the expansion across North America and Latin America, operating from Mexico as the regional hub. You will recruit and empower VARs, MSPs, integrators, and IT distributors, building GTM strategies that integrate X-PHY hardware cybersecurity into partner portfolios.

Ideal candidates are 5–10 years in B2B channel sales with cybersecurity or enterprise hardware focus, fluent in English and Spanish, and ready to lead regional

Qualifications

• 5+ years in B2B channel sales or partner management.
• Fluent/business-level English and Spanish.
• Strong network with IT security distributors, VARs, MSPs in US & LATAM.
• Proven track record in building GTM strategies with partners.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and onboard strategic channel partners across US, Canada, and LATAM.
• Enable partner sales with training, co-selling sessions, and presentations.
• Define and enforce engagement rules and seamless deal registrations.
• Forecast revenue, manage MDF, and track partner ROI using PRM/CRM.
