Job summary

Flexxon & X-PHY is seeking a Senior Channel & Business Development Manager to drive our North America and LATAM footprint from a Mexico regional hub. You will recruit and empower high-value indirect partners, including VARs, MSPs, SI, and IT security distributors, tailoring GTM strategies to partner portfolios.

We value visionaries who challenge the status quo and drive results, with strong bilingual English/Spanish skills and cybersecurity knowledge to negotiate with executive partners.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years in B2B channel sales or business development in cybersecurity hardware or related fields.
• Native/Fluent English and native Spanish for LATAM negotiations.
• Strong existing distributor/VAR/MSP network in US and LATAM.
• Understanding of endpoint security, Zero-Trust, firmware protection.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and onboard strategic channel partners across US, Canada, and LATAM.
• Develop GTM strategies aligning X-PHY hardware cybersecurity solutions with partner portfolios.
• Enable partner sales with training and dual-language materials.
• Co-sell with partners to close enterprise opportunities in healthcare, BFSI, government, manufacturing.
• Implement channel engagement rules and deal registration.
• Forecast revenue using PRM/CRM and MDF tracking.
