Job summary

Frost is seeking a Senior Change Specialist to lead the creation and execution of integrated change strategies, monitor adoption, and ensure sustainable project outcomes across our Texas operations.

You will facilitate workshops, collaborate with stakeholders to mitigate risks, and deliver user-focused change plans that align with Frost’s values of integrity, caring and excellence. Strong communication and AI tool experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Requires 2+ years of change management experience.
• Experience with AI tools to enhance communications/training/change delivery.
• Prosci Change Practitioner certification or ability to obtain within 1 year of hire.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate creation and implementation of integrated change strategies.
• Monitor transition efforts to assess effectiveness, adoption, and sustainability of projects.
• Support change management workshops or sessions for project teams and stakeholders.
• Identify risks and resistance to change; develop mitigation strategies.
• Assess impact on end users; provide recommendations on change strategies.
• Contribute to change implementation resources (job aids, guides, training materials).
• Advocate for optimal user experiences aligned with Frost's values of integrity, caring and excellence.
