Qualifications

• 5+ years leading change management in tech or digital transformations.
• Experience with AI projects or digital product implementations preferred.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Ability to develop adoption plans and training materials.
• Knowledge of Prosci, CCMP or similar certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute change management plans for AI and digital initiatives.
• Lead adoption and sustainment activities for new releases and enhancements.
• Conduct stakeholder and user interviews, impact assessments, and readiness assessments.
• Create communications, engagement strategies, and change management deliverables that support successful adoption.
• Coordinate training activities, learning resources, and capability-building efforts.
• Lead and maintain the Change Champion Network to drive awareness and advocacy across the business.
• Partner with product teams, business leaders, and stakeholders to understand impacts and adoption needs.
• Gather user feedback and adoption insights to support continuous improvement.
• Coordinate change activities across multiple AI and digital initiatives to identify dependencies and stakeholder impacts.
• Leverage AI tools and technologies to create content, improve efficiency, and support change management activities.
