Job summary

Frost is seeking an IT Strategy Consultant to shape and execute IT strategies, collaborating with diverse business units and leadership. This role emphasizes integrity, collaboration, and delivering outcomes while aligning with Frost’s 150+ year banking legacy.

The role requires relocation to Texas metros and travel, with onsite collaboration and ongoing improvement across initiatives. You will drive strategic planning, governance, and stakeholder alignment in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
5+ years of experience in program management, operations, or strategic execution; IT preferred.
Experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach.
Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale projects and manage competing priorities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

Serve as a strategic partner to IT leadership and stakeholders.
Lead strategic initiatives including compliance, risk assessments, reorganizations, and transformations.
Participate in budget planning, forecasting, expense modeling, and contract negotiation.
Document and implement operational processes to improve team performance.
Represent IT leadership in cross-functional meetings and ensure alignment.
