Perficient is seeking a Change & Adoption Senior Business Consultant to join our US team, with a focus on operating model architecture, change strategy, and client presales. You will lead engagements, mentor teams, and shape high-impact change programs across industries.

You will drive thought leadership, deliver solid client outcomes, and collaborate across the AI-first transformation practice while traveling as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7-10 years professional experience in delivery of strategy, operational, and change management solutions.
• Previous strategy, business, and change consulting experience.
• Experience leading large scale change following Perficient's methodology.
• Leadership and team management experience with strategic oversight.
• Experience developing and marketing operational and change solutions and approaches.
• Management, business, and strategy consulting and program management experience.
• Strong client management and executive level communications skills.
• Experience in project and solution estimation and team structure definition.
• Fluent and current on Operational, AI, and Change Management trends.
• Proven track record of leadership roles delivering solutions within defined timeframes.
• Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and support data-informed task execution.

Responsibilities

• Interfaces and communicates with all levels of Perficient project resources and stakeholders.
• Serve as the accountable solution and delivery lead for operational, strategy, and change engagements.
• Develop an understanding of overall client strategy and how your role contributes to that strategy.
• Develop tools and frameworks to support alignment and decision making with the client.
• Develop/architect project approaches and solutions to achieve a client's desired outcome based on expertise.
• Demonstrate understanding of client’s business, organizational, and technical environments that are a part of the project implementation.
• Facilitate client discussions to drive clarity and resolution.
• Documents and understands client processes, organizational structure, measures, governance, and architectures to identify opportunities, develop initiatives, create roadmaps, and transition into ongoing support.
