Job summary

Salesforce, Inc. seeks a Senior Change consultant to guide a portfolio of Human-Centered Change engagements. You will own the strategic direction and ensure a high-quality delivery across complex transformation programs.

You will build executive sponsorship, shape go-to-market approaches, and mentor managers, translating change strategies into tangible business outcomes while integrating AI-native delivery methods and Design Thinking.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in customer-facing consulting roles leading large-scale transformation engagements.
• Experience managing and developing people managers.
• Expertise in change management methodologies (Prosci ADKAR, Salesforce Levers).
• Proven ability to translate change strategy into business outcomes.
• Experience applying AI-native delivery methodologies and AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategic direction and quality bar for a portfolio of Human-Centered Change engagements.
• Build and sustain executive relationships with customer sponsors at the C-suite level.
• Shape go-to-market strategy, proposal development, deal shaping, and SOW structuring for large engagements.
• Lead practice development: mentor managers, define repeatable methodologies, represent HCC internally and with customers.
• Guide customers through vision, change strategy, enablement, and training for successful adoption.
• Weave Design Thinking into projects and collaborate with technical teams.
