• 5+ years leading change management in tech or digital transformations.
• Experience with AI projects or digital product implementations preferred.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Ability to develop adoption plans and training materials.
• Knowledge of Prosci, CCMP or similar certification is a plus.

Job description

Position Summary: The Change Manager will support the successful adoption, sustainment, and continuous improvement of AI and digital products and solutions across the organization. This role partners with business stakeholders, product teams, and end users to ensure employees are prepared for and successfully adopt new technologies, features, and ways of working. The position will lead change management activities for AI and digital initiatives, with a strong focus on stakeholder engagement, communications, training, adoption, and sustainment. The role will also support organizational readiness efforts and help assess how new technologies may impact business processes, roles, and employee experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

• 5+ years of change management experience supporting technology, digital, or business transformation initiatives.
• Experience supporting digital product implementations, technology deployments, or organizational change initiatives.
• Experience with AI projects, AI enablement programs, automation initiatives, or emerging technologies preferred.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience developing communications, training materials, and adoption plans.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives and priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Understanding of organizational change, employee adoption, and business readiness principles.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting AI, Generative AI, automation, analytics, or digital workplace initiatives.
• Prosci, CCMP, or similar change management certification.
• Experience with Agile product teams and iterative delivery environments.
