Job summary

Henny Penny Corporation, Eaton, OH, is seeking a Senior Organizational Effectiveness & Change Specialist to strengthen change leadership and support people-focused change. You will drive adoption through training, communications, and readiness activities while enhancing engagement and workforce analytics.

The role collaborates with HRBPs and leaders to implement structured change management, measurement, and coaching programs in a People First culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Organization Change Management or related field (MBA/MA preferred).
• 5–7 years of change management or organization development experience.
• Experience running communities of practice and developing change management and training.
• Proven ability to develop communications and build communication vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Build change leadership capability with sponsors and change champions.
• Lead Change Champion Community of Practice for consistency and engagement.
• Design and deliver OCM training for leaders and employees.
• Collaborate with Communications to craft clear change messages.
