Qualifications

• 10+ years in organizational effectiveness or related advisory work.
• Experience leading executive stakeholder assessments.
• Strong interviewing, synthesis and actionable recommendations.
• Experience assessing corporate functions (HR, finance, IT, or shared services).
• MBA or related advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of a corporate services organizational assessment.
• Facilitate project kickoff sessions and discovery meetings with executive and functional leaders.
• Conduct interviews with the CEO, CHRO, and heads of departments across corporate services functions.
• Benchmark headcount and assess spans, layers, and workload across functions.
• Develop executive-ready findings and a prioritized improvement roadmap.
