Job summary

Adobe is seeking a Senior Change Management Consultant to drive strategic transformation. You will partner with program managers, product managers, and business stakeholders to plan and execute change activities that prepare employees for new processes, minimize disruption, and drive adoption of new capabilities.

Responsibilities include stakeholder engagement, impact assessments, business readiness, communications, training partnerships, and post-launch support.

Qualifications

• At least 7 years of experience in organizational change management principles and practice.
• Strong written and oral communication across formats (email, PowerPoint, newsletters, video).
• Ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders across multiple functions.
• Highly organized with the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience using data and feedback to inform change recommendations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365; familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud and AI tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute change management plans to support business transformation initiatives, including stakeholder engagement, readiness, communications, training, adoption, and reinforcement.
• Identify impacted stakeholder groups and develop engagement approaches across the project lifecycle.
• Conduct change impact assessments and translate findings into actionable interventions.
• Support business readiness by gathering feedback, identifying risks, and addressing gaps with program teams.
• Develop and deliver communications across channels (presentations, emails, newsletters, SharePoint).
• Partner with training teams to assess learning needs and develop readiness activities for adoption of new capabilities.
• Collaborate with program leaders to build awareness and commitment to program objectives and advocate change programs.
• Monitor feedback and adoption metrics to identify trends and recommend corrective actions.
• Provide post-launch support through communications, office hours, reinforcement activities, and continuous improvement.
• Leverage AI-enabled tools to optimize communications, training, and engagement.
