Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years of direct relevant change management experience.
• Experience with digital adoption tools such as WalkMe, Pendo, Userlane or Appcues preferred.
• Familiarity with training assets in financial services; LMS experience is a plus.
