Job summary

Vanguard Group is seeking a Head of Change and Program Execution to lead HR-driven transformation initiatives and enable successful strategic change across the enterprise.

The role leads a team of change management professionals, develops strategies for managing complex change, and advises the CHRO and HR Executive Team in HR Strategy and Operations. Strong leadership and program management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of eight years of related work experience.
• Five years of business transformation and/or change management experience.
• Supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Hires, evaluates, and supervises Vanguard crew (employees). Provides guidance and training to develop crew and sets performance standards.
• Leads a team of change management consultants and program managers to deliver HR-led initiatives effectively; maintains HR change and program management methodologies.
• Defines and implements change management strategies for HR’s highest priority initiatives across the enterprise; assesses need for change and mitigates resistance.
