Qualifications

• Minimum five years related work experience.
• Two years within Financial Services industry preferred.
• Undergraduate degree required; graduate degree preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide consultation to develop external client communications solutions that drive outcomes.
• Create effective external client communications content based on audience understanding and environment.
• Lead end-to-end external client communications process including conception, implementation and measurement.
• Resolve content/ channel conflicts by advising and influencing stakeholders.
• Improve communications processes while adhering to Vanguard brand and sourcing news for broader use.
