Job summary

Wal-Mart is seeking a Change Management Lead to drive strategy, governance, and execution of impact initiatives. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, develop foundational plans, and produce training and communications to support leadership and employees.

You will analyze data, identify gaps, and implement continuous improvement cycles using proven methodologies and modern collaboration tools. The role offers telecommuting options and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Engineering, IT, or related field with 4+ years in communications, HR, or related area.
• Experience planning change initiatives using Prosci ADKAR, Kotter's 8-step, and Lewin's model.
• Experience planning and tracking with MS Project and Jira.
• Data analysis and reporting using Excel, Tableau, and Power BI.
• Gathering feedback via Feedback Ally, SurveyMonkey, Google Forms, Qualtrics.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, Kanban; creating and maintaining doc via Confluence/SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead change management strategy and impact initiatives under senior leadership; communicate plans to executives; coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Oversee programs with foundational implementation plans, documentation, and training materials; drive education and awareness for leadership.
• Develop and execute change management practices; identify root causes and barriers; align people, processes, platforms to deliver strategy.
• Develop strategic communications with senior leadership; design and edit communications and presentations; distribution plans for divisional initiatives.
• Perform needs analysis to identify where support is required; implement projects with measurable KPIs and progress reporting.
